Glowreef is a cozy aquarium game. We built it to be played, not to collect your data. This page describes everything the game stores and sends — it is short because there isn't much.

What we store

• Your game save. Your reef — fish, currencies, progress — is stored on your device. If cloud save is available and enabled, a copy of the same save is stored on our servers so you can restore it after reinstalling or switching devices.
• An anonymous player identifier. A randomly generated code that links your device to your cloud save. It contains no personal information and cannot identify you.
• Technical error reports. If the game hits a bug, it may send us a short technical report: the error message, the game version, and a coarse device class (for example, "Android phone"). These reports contain no personal information, no precise device identifiers, and no location data. We do not store IP addresses with them.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, or location.
• We do not sell or share data with anyone.
• We do not show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.
• We do not use analytics profiles or fingerprinting.

Purchases

If you buy something in Glowreef, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. We receive only a confirmation from Google that a purchase was made, so we can deliver it to your reef.

Sign-in

If Google Play Games sign-in is available and you choose to use it, Google shares your player profile (gamertag and avatar) with the game so your cloud save can follow your Google account. This is optional and governed by Google's privacy policy.

Children

Glowreef is a family-friendly game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no ads, no chat, and no social features.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes your local save. To delete a cloud save, email us the request from within the game's support option (or write to the address below) and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
